Structure, accountability and support

You will get your own dedicated coach to check in, motivate and hold you accountable. 

Nutritional Advice

You will have full access to our members only portal where we offer and support you with various nutritional plans catering for any eating style and specific to your time commitment and eating habits. 

Unlimited classes

Come and join any class you’d like during the week, no minimum or maximum. Our classes are varied so you can try and utilise all forms of fitness and coaches so you can enjoy a fun change each time you come to a class!

Early Morning Classes, Mon, Wed & Fri at 6:20 am

Mid Morning Classes, Mon, Wed & Fri at 9:30 am

Evening Classes, Mondays-Thursdays at 6:20pm & 7:10pm

Weekend Classes, Saturdays at 8:30 am & 9:20 am

Do I need a certain level of fitness?

No! You can come here with any level of fitness and take part! We make sure to accommodate for all fitness levels in our sessions.

What happens on my first session?

As experienced coaches we understand its intimidating to join a new fitness class with people you don’t know thats why we always give you that extra focus and attention, we will tell you to go at your own pace and take as many breaks as needed if you’re new into fitness or haven't worked out for a long time.

Is there a 1-to-1 option?

There is indeed. All our coaches offer 1-to-1 coaching that you can enquire about!

Do you offer nutritional advice?

We have a variety of nutritional programmes on our members-only portal catering for whatever eating style you prefer and how much time you have to dedicate to nutrition depending on your lifestyle.

Can I try a session for free?

Absolutely! We offer 2 free sessions so you can get an idea of what the sessions are like, how its structured and if the schedule will work for you!

I have a slight injury or I'm recovering from an injury can I still join?

Many of our clients came to us with small injury issues or weak muscle groups they’re looking to strengthen so we adapt our workouts for them.
Before you sign up we always have a chat with you over the phone to discuss any issues, we will give you our honest opinion if you will be suitable for group exercise.

Is there parking at the college?


​​Drive into the college, you can park on your right as you go into the college or there’s a large car park at the rear of the college, follow the one-way system all the way to the back of the college.
If you have parked there follow the side path at the end of the car park that will lead you to the sports hall.

Is there parking at the hockey club?


Please enter snakes lane and drive all the way to the top. Take the second left into the car park which is before the big set of gates. Here you will find the car park.

What are the directions if I'm walking?

Walk into the college and tell the security you’re there for the bootcamp. Look at the main reception in front of you and to the left is a grey set of doors. This is the back entrance to the sports hall which you can enter.

What if the weather is bad?

That's no problem! If the weather is bad we have shelters for the hockey club so we can run in (almost) any weather.
